MathCAD for Linux?

Anyone know of any good tool or combination of tools that perform the same functions as [url=http://www.mathcad.com/]MathCAD[/url] on Linux? Not necessarily open source but preferably. P.S. This is topic #666.

Update: I found one called [url=http://maxima.sourceforge.net/]Maxima[/url] which is open source and runs under Windoz or Linux. Any other options? $0 sure beats the $1200.00 MathCAD license if I'm only going to use it for a special project or two.
