Anyone got any good ideas on how to put together a simple sign-up sheet for say a potluck dinner as a web form which auto-publishes the content?

http://freshmeat.net/projects/mysignupsheet/ should also work and is GPL.

I had to modify the perl script a bit, but I'd rather hack it than start from scratch!
